What is Perropaw?

We are an e-commerce brand that focus on quality and affordable dog products. 

With more accessible resources more owners will be able to provide their pups and doggos with the supplies they need for an amazing experience with one another. 

Perropaw is dedicated to the well-being of dogs and partners with multiple non-profit organizations around North America to help provide the resources they need to care for our furry friends. 10% OFF all Perropaw net-profits contribute towards health, shelter, food and supplies for dogs around the U.S. and Canada.

What type of products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of dog products ranging from our matching customizable tag/ID set to our Backseat Car Gate. 

If there's something you're looking for that we don't have, let us know and we'll do our best to connect to you to the right place!

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you or your pup are not satisfied, neither are we.

We want to make sure there are happy faces and tails wagging all around so if there's something about your purchase that you are not satisfied with simply let us know and our team members will take great care of you. 

Where do you ship? 

We are happy to say that we are now available all over North America! 

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times will vary based on your location, however, if you contact one of our team members with your ORDER ID, we'll be able to help you out. 

Can I use Perropaw tags as identification?

Perropaw tags or ID cards are not legal forms of identification, however, based on the information you provide on the card, they are an easy and practical way to identify your pet if they ever get lost and/or are hurt.

Is the Perropaw website safe/secure?

Yes, very much so. Your information is always safe whenever you shop Perropaw. We use the latest industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information (address, name, info, payment, etc). All online transactions are encrypted and sent securely over a 256-bit SSL encryption - which is the same type of security that banks use and we never store your credit card information. 

What kind of warranty do Perropaw products have?

For all Perropaw brand products, we offer a 1-year warranty. If you are not happy with your product or if something is damaged and needs to be replaced just let us know and we'll have you taken care of ASAP, pinky PAW-mise!
